House Rules – Finca Feliciano

To ensure that all guests enjoy a pleasant and relaxing stay, we kindly ask you to respect the following house rules. They are intended to ensure your safety, mutual respect, and the protection of the property.

1. Quiet Hours & Consideration

• Please respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM, especially in outdoor areas.
• Music and conversations must be kept at a reasonable volume.

2. Supervision & Use of the Pool

• The use of the pool is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
• Children under the age of 14 may only use the pool under adult supervision.
• Parents or guardians are fully responsible for supervising minors at all times.
• Please avoid jumping, running, consuming alcohol, and using glass objects in the pool area (risk of slipping and injury).
• Recommended pool hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

3. Barbecue & Open Fire

• The barbecue area is available for all guests and must be cleaned after use.
• Open fires outside the designated barbecue area are strictly prohibited.
• During hot or windy summer days, local regulations may restrict barbecue use.

4. Waste Separation & Disposal

• Waste separation is mandatory in Spain. Appropriate containers are provided.
• Please dispose of your rubbish regularly in the public containers (instructions will be provided upon arrival).

5. Pets

• Dogs are welcome, provided they do not disturb other guests.
• Dogs must be kept on a leash on the property, especially in the pool area.

6. Damages & Property Care

• Please treat the furniture and equipment with care.
• If anything is damaged, please inform us immediately so we can find a solution together.

7. Smoking

• Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.
• Please use ashtrays outdoors and do not dispose of cigarette butts on the ground.

8. General Conduct

• Please close doors and windows when leaving the accommodation.
• The property may only be used by registered guests.
• Visitors, parties, or events are only allowed with prior approval.
• Common areas must be used respectfully.

9. Keys & Security

• Please take good care of keys and remote controls.
• In case of loss, we reserve the right to charge for replacement or lock changes.

Liability Notice

Staying on the premises and using all facilities is at your own risk. Liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence by the operator. Parents or guardians are responsible for their children.
